Directions : Korean Bbq Recipe

STEP 1.1. Marinade in a large bowl add ⅓ cup (each) of soy sauce, water, cooking wine, honey.

STEP 2.2. Blend the pear and cloves of garlic and a medium onion and chopped ginger and mix well.

STEP 3.3. Rinse and clean the ribs and marinate it with the mixtures prepared.

STEP 4.4. Dipping sauce mix soy bean paste, hot pepper paste, chopped green onion, minced garlic, honey, sesame oil, sesame seeds and mix together.

STEP 5.5. Put the lettuce and perilla leaves, cucumbers on a plate.

STEP 6.6. Grill the pan and cook the ribs for 5 minutes. Put it on the plate and pour dipping sauce, garlic, green chilli pepper and serve.
