Spice Garam masala to grind
8 dry Kashmiri chilies
1 tablespoon coriander Seeds
1.5 teaspoon cumin seeds
0.75 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
0.75 teaspoon mustard seeds
For Masala
1 onion chopped finely
3 large onions grated
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon tamarind pulp
1 large branch of curry leaves
As required Salt
olive oil as needed
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
