STEP 1.First wash the poha thoroughly with water, then filter all its water and take it out.
STEP 2.Then put oil in the pan and heat it, then fry the peanuts in it and take them out.
STEP 3.Now put cumin seeds in the same oil and crackle it, then add green chilies and onions and fry till it becomes pink.
STEP 4.Now add poha and mix it, then add turmeric, salt and mix, then add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are slightly soft.
STEP 5.Now put peanuts in it and cook it for 1 minute and turn off the gas.
STEP 6.Now mix lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves in it, our delicious poha is ready.
