Ingredients for Kand poha Recipe

  • 1 cups poha
  • 0.13 cup Peanuts
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomoto
  • 2 g reen chilies
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Oil
  • as required Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Kand Poha Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash the poha thoroughly with water, then filter all its water and take it out.
  • STEP 2.Then put oil in the pan and heat it, then fry the peanuts in it and take them out.
  • STEP 3.Now put cumin seeds in the same oil and crackle it, then add green chilies and onions and fry till it becomes pink.
  • STEP 4.Now add poha and mix it, then add turmeric, salt and mix, then add chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are slightly soft.
  • STEP 5.Now put peanuts in it and cook it for 1 minute and turn off the gas.
  • STEP 6.Now mix lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves in it, our delicious poha is ready.
