• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 700 milliliter Dashi stock
• 2 tablespoon Sake
• 0.5 tablespoon Mirin
• 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 50 gram Green beans, blanched and cut into 3cm long
