• 1 Package Frozen Peas

• 1 Medium onion, diced
• 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
• 0.5 cup Julienne cut sun-dried tomatoes with herbs, drained, oil reserved
• 2 cup Vegetable Broth
• As required Salt and black pepper
• 1 pinch Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
• 1 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
