Directions : Homemade Pickle Powder Recipe

Cooking Directions

STEP 1.Dry roast in a pan 100 gm dry red chilly. Dry roast 1 tsp of each of dry ginger and dry garlic. Dry roast 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds and ¼ inch asafoetida.
STEP 2.Grind to form a powder all roasted ingredients. Add ½ tsp of salt and sugar each into the powder and grind it once again.
