• 2 pound Chicken breasts cut into cubes
• 0.75 cup Greek yogurt plain
• 1.5 tablespoon Garam masala
• 1 tablespoon Coriander
• 1.5 tablespoon Salt
• 0.5 tablespoon Ground turmeric
• 0.5 tablespoon Paprika
• 0.5 tablespoon Ground ginger
• 0.5 tablespoon Ground cumin
• 2 tablespoon Ghee can replace with butter or another oil of your choice
• 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
• 1 Onion finely chopped
• 5 Cloves garlic finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon Ground turmeric
• 1 tablespoon Ground fenugreek
• 1 can Tomato puree
• 1 can Evaporated milk can replace with coconut milk
• As required Salt to taste
• As required Cayenne pepper to taste
• Cilantro chopped, optional
