This one pot rice dish is very flavourful. The lush green colour of pulav is due to the use of seasonal greens. This is one of the best way to consume seasonsl greens into your diet in the season when it is available fresh.
STEP 1.Soak the rice in water for 20 minutes. Then cook it and keep aside. Add salt while cooking rice.
STEP 2.In a mixer jar ads coriander leaves, mint leaves, blanched spinach, green chillies, a piece of ginger, garlic pods, salt and lemon juice. Grind it to a paste.
STEP 3.In a pan heat ghee. Now add cumin and once it splutter, add green paste.
STEP 4.Now saute it on low heat for 2 minutes. Now add green peas and mix.
STEP 5.. Once done, add rice, garam masala mix well. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
STEP 6.Lastly add grilled.paneer cubes on top and serve.
