• 1 pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed

• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
• 3 Medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 Package frozen corn
• 1 Medium sweet red pepper, chopped
• 1 Carton reduced sodium chicken broth
• 1 can Butter beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can Fire roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
