• 2 eggs + 1 egg white for scrambling
• 1 egg yolk for binding the noodles
• 1 tablespoon Milk
• 1 tablespoon 1/2 butter
• 2 tablespoon any chopped cold meats
• 2 tablespoon chopped capsicums
• 2 tablespoon chopped spring onions
• As required Salt and pepper
• oil to grease the muffin pan
