• 3 Cloves garlic, minced
• 1 Large red bell pepper, sliced into strips
• 1 Large onion, diced
• 1 Jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
• 6 cup Chicken
• 1 can Corn kernels, fresh or frozen
• 15 ounce 1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
• 2 can Fire roasted diced tomatoes with juice
• 1 pound Cooked shredded chicken breast
• 2 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 2 teaspoon Chili powder
• 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon Oregano
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
• As required Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or hot salsa
