Directions : DRY TIL MULTI-PURPOSE CHUTNEY Recipe

STEP 1.Heat the oil on the gas and sauté garlic, urad dal and curry leaves.

STEP 2.Add 1 cup til and hing when the dal takes a light brownish color and switch off the gas.

STEP 3.Let it cool completely.

STEP 4.Grind the mixture with all the other ingredients. Store the chutney in an airtight container.
