400 gram tuna fish
2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
2.5 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon Flour
2 tablespoon cornflour
0.5 teaspoon pepper powder
1 No.s egg
Oil For Frying
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 tablespoon Vinegar
4 tablespoon vegetable oil
Handful curry leaves

Directions : Devilled Fish Recipe

STEP 1.1 in a bowl take your fish and add turmeric powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and give it a stir. And keep it aside for 1 ½ hour to marinate.

STEP 2.2 now add flour, corn flour, pepper powder and egg.

STEP 3.3 mix everything well

STEP 4.1 heat some oil in a apan and deep fry the marinated fish fixture in it until it turns golden brown.

STEP 5.2 in a bowl mix all the sauces and vinegar.

STEP 6.3 heat some oil in a pan and cook some ginger garlic paste in it.

STEP 7.4 now add curry leaves, pandan leaves, onion petals,capsicum, yellow bell pepper,chopped tomatoes, chilli flakes and sal.

STEP 8.5 mix everything well and add sauces to the pan.

STEP 9.6 add fried fish and a little bit of sugar, give it a nice stir and your devilled fish is ready to be served.
