Ingredients For Crunchy Curry Chicken Salad Recipe

• 5 cup Shredded chicken breast or four chicken breasts, butterflied
• As required Curry powder to taste for baking
• As required Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1.5 cup Celery diced
• 0.5 cup Green onion diced
• 1.5 cup Red grapes sliced in 1/2
• 1 cup Pecans chopped and toasted
• 0.75 cup Lighter mayonnaise i use one with olive oil
• 0.75 cup Plain greek yogurt full fat
• 1 Large lemon freshly squeezed
• 1 tablespoon Curry powder
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
