STEP 1.First marinate the chicken pieces with a pinch of salt and pepper for 10-15mins and keep aside. Then take a bowl add 1 cup of maida, pinch of chilly powder, salt and black pepper. Then take another bowl beat egg with salt and pepper, add 1/3rd cup of flour, chilled soda water. Then take another bowl add 1 cup flour, salt,oregano, pepper powder, dry ginger garlic powder, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, chilli powder, mustard powder and mix nicely. Now in a kadai heat the oil coat the marinated chicken in first mixture and pat it properly and dip it in the egg mixture and then again coat the pieces of chicken in the third mixture and then deep fry it in hot oil in low medium flam till the chicken is cooked and outer layer turns golden brown and serve it hot with chilli mayo dip.
STEP 2.For the chilli mayo dip take 1cup of mayonnaise and 2tsp of chilly sauce and mix it and the chilli mayo dip is ready to serve with Crispy Fried Chicken.
STEP 3.For white dip take 1 cup of mayonnaise and pinch of salt and white dip is now ready to serve with Crispy Fried Chicken.
