Ingredients for Fish Balls Recipe

  • 250 g Katla fish
  • 50 g Boiled potato
  • 1/2 Pieces Egg
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tsp Finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 Tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 Tsp Chopped corriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1 Tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Pieces Bayleaf
  • 250 g Refined oil
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard sauce
  • 2 Cups water

Directions: Fish Balls Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take pan add water, ginger, garlic, salt, bay leaf, turmeric,and fish and boil for 15 mins. Then release the water let the fish cool down and after that remove bones from the fish and separate the flesh.
  • STEP 2.Take a pan add oil, onion, ginger, garlic and fry for 2 mins then add the fish, salt and sugar and cook for 10 mins. Then add boiled potato, coriander leaves, garam masala and cook it for another 10 mins. Let it cool completely.
  • STEP 3.Now add mayonnaise mix it with the paste and give it small round shaped balls. In a bowl take an egg and salt and beat it, in another bowl take breadcrumbs. Now first dip the balls in egg wash and then coat with breadcrumbs repeat the process twice. Now in a kadai heat the oil and deep fry the balls and serve it hot with mustard sauce.
