STEP 1.To make baby corn masala,place 20 peeled baby corns on a plate. Squeeze 2 tbsp lemon juice 1tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder ,2 tsp chaat masala powder and toss them to mix well.

STEP 1.To make the outer crust, add 2tbsp herbed butter, ½ cup whole wheat flour, ½ cup all purpose flour in a mixing bowl. Crumble the butter and the flours and mix together well.

STEP 1.Add water as required and knead to make a firm dough. Let it rest.

STEP 1.To make the slurry,into a small mixing bowl add 2 tbsp all purpose flour, 1 tbsp water and mix well.

STEP 1.Dust a flat surface with flour and roll out the dough into a large circle. Then cut into strips.
STEP 1.Smear the slurry over the strips.

STEP 1.Roll each strip around a baby corn to form a spiral. Brush with milk to coat the crust and place in a baking tray.

STEP 1.Sprinkle with chaat masala powder and coat each baby corn with black sesame seeds.
