Ingredients for Potato Lollipops Recipe

  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Corn starch
  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon Schezwan sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 stalks Spring onions
  • As required Edible oil for cooking

Directions: Potato Lollipops Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take 800 grams of boiled potatoes and grate them finely in a bowl. Now add finely chopped spring onions, 3 table spoon schezwan sauce,  red chilli powder,  salt,  black pepper powder and 1 tablespoon corn starch. Use a spoon or your hands to mix well.
  • STEP 2.Grease your hands and  take portions of the dough also prepare small balls . Coat these balls with some cornflour.
  • STEP 3.Take a pan with enough edible oil,  now deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown in colour. Take these balls out and use toothpicks to serve. Potato lollipops are ready to be served.
