  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, combine the tofu, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, combine the cooked millet, breadcrumbs, and sesame seeds.
