• 1 pound Chicken breast, very thinly sliced
• 0.5 pound Crimini mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 5 tablespoon Fish sauce
• 2 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 2 Limes
• 1 tablespoon Grated Lime Zest
• 0.5 cup Fresh basil leaves
