• 1 More large shallot -sliced thinly
• 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika -hot or mild

• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 1 Clove garlic -well crushed
• An egg yolk -coddle your egg if safety is a concern
• 1 tablespoon Sherry vinegar
• 0.25 Juice of lemon
• 1 tablespoon Plus/2 cup olive oil
• 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
