STEP 1.1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a 4x4inch square pan or any other mould of suitable size with parchment paper.
STEP 2.2. In a large bowl beat together the powdered sugar and vegetable oil until well combined. 3. Melt the dark chocolate on a double boiler and add the melted dark chocolate to the prepared mixture and mix well. 4. Add the yoghurt and mix well. 5. Fold in the maida, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt and mix until there are no flour pockets. Do not overmix or you'll get a cake-like texture. 6. Add the vanilla and mix well. 7. Fold half of the chocolate chips into the batter and top with the remaining chocolate chips. 8. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
