Ingredients For Chirashi Sushi Recipe

• 2 cup Japanese rice
• 3 cup Water
• 1 Piece of kombu
• 1 cup Rice vinegar
• 3 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 Avocado, Thinly Sliced
• 1 stick Carrot cut into thin
• 1 Japanese cucumber, julienned
• 2 Scallions, finely sliced diagonally
• 6 Prawns, cooked and chopped
• 6 ounce Salmon fillet, cut into thin strips
• Triangles of fried salmon skin
• Sunflower seed sprouts, for garnish
• As required Wasabi, to taste
