Chipotle Garlic & Lime Vinaigrette Recipe

Cooking Directions

• STEP 1.In a blender or food processor, combine 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup of lime juice, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
• STEP 2.Blend until smooth and well combined.
• STEP 3.Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
