• 10 gram Dang shen optional
• 20 gram Fresh ginger root
• 0.25 cup Fish sauce
• 10 gram Rock sugar omit if using dom benedictine
• 30 gram Goji berries
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
• 1 Medium cucumber cut into thin slices
• Aluminum foil to wrap the chicken
• Instant pot if you choose to pressure cook the chicken
