1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 ounce 14.5 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
2 cup marinara sauce, I used my own homemade
2 cup Water
0.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried thyme
1 teaspoon kosher salt
8 ounce shredded mozzarella cheese
8 ounce uncooked DeLallo whole wheat or gluten free elbows
