Ingredients For Chicken And Quinoa Salad Bowl Recipe

• 200 gram Quinoa
• 1 Vegetable stock cube crumbled
• 70 gram Baby spinach
• 1 Ripe avocado peeled and de stoned and roughly chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon Lemon juice
• 0.5 Clove garlic peeled and minced
• pinch Pinch of salt and pepper
• 70 gram Salad leaves
• 2 Cooked chicken breasts i like to use the meat from a whole roasted chicken, cut into slices
• 0.25 Red onion peeled and sliced
• 10 Cherry tomatoes sliced in 1/2
• 100 gram Feta, crumbled
• bunch Small bunch fresh parsley chopped
• 2 Juice lemons
• 100 milliliter Extra virgin olive oil
• 0.25 teaspoon Dried oregano
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
