• 6 piece Chicken thigh fillets chopped into bite siz es
• 1 tablespoon Minced ginger
• 1 Green chilli finely chopped
• 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
• 1 tablespoon Dried coriander leaf
• 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
• 1 teaspoon Ground fenugreek
• 3 cup Vegetable oil for deep frying approx
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Garlic salt
• 100 gram Gram flour also known as chickpea flour or besan
• 1 tablespoon Cornflour cornstarch
• 0.25 teaspoon Bicarbonate of soda
• 180 milliliter Water
• Fresh coriander
• Sweet chilli sauce
