• 1 Onion, finely diced
• 2 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
• 1 Large red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
• 1 centimeter 2 chicken breast fillets, cut cubes
• 1 teaspoon Ground turmeric
• 2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 1 Vine ripened tomato, diced
• 0.5 cup Brown Lentils
• 2 tablespoon Pearl barley
• 5 cup Massel chicken style liquid stock
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 Juice of lime
• 3 tablespoon Thick plain yoghurt
