• Optional garnish: fresh cilantro, sour cream, and/or shredded cheese
• 2 tablespoon Butter
• 2 tablespoon Flour
• 2 cup Chicken Broth
• 0.75 cup Sour cream
• 0.5 teaspoon Cumin
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
• 0.25 teaspoon Pepper
• 2 California avocados, peeled and pitted
• 0.5 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
• 1 Juice of lime
