800 milliliter Chicken Stock
420 gram Tinned cream style corn
75 gram Cooked chicken meat shredded
0.25 teaspoon White pepper powder
2 tablespoon Cornflour
100 milliliter Water
1 tablespoon Sesame oil

Directions : Chicken And Sweet Corn Soup Recipe

STEP 1.1 in a saucepan add 800 ml chicken stock and 420 gm tinned cream style corn. Stir well together.

STEP 2.2 add 75 gm shredded cooked chicken and ¼ tsp white pepper powder and mix well.

STEP 3.3 bring the soup to a boil.

STEP 4.4 then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

STEP 5.5 in a bowl add 2 tbsp cornflour and 100ml water and mix to make a lump -free mixture.

STEP 6.6 add this cornflour mixture to the saucepan gradually, stirring continuously , until well mixed.

STEP 7.7 ensure that no lumps are formed.

STEP 8.8 at this stage, add 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix well.

STEP 9.9 turn the heat to low and slowly pour in 1 egg white. Stir continuously while adding the egg white to ensure that it is well distributed and is incorporated in the soup.

STEP 10.10 stir well and add salt to taste.

STEP 11.11 lastly add 1 finely chopped spring onion. Stir together and turn off the heat.

STEP 12.12 transfer the soup to a bowl and serve hot.
