• 1 Clove garlic chopped
• 0.75 cup A olive oil
• 0.5 cup A parmesan cheese grated
• 1 teaspoon Basil dried
• 1 Egg beaten
• 1 teaspoon Olive oil brush on top of calzone
• flakes Hot pepper flakes to taste optional
