• 2 tablespoon Fresh chives, fresh parsley, 2 teaspoons dried parsley, or herbes de provence, all optional
• 0.75 cup Buttermilk, or 1/2 cup plain yogurt thinned with 1/4 cup milk
• 1 Large egg
• 4 tablespoon Butter
• 0.5 cup King arthur unbleached all purpose flour
• 3 cup Chicken stock
• 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 1 Bay leaf
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• 0.25 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 4 cup Diced cooked chicken
• 2.5 cup Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and/or cooked; or a mixture of cooked peas and carrots
