• 1 tablespoon capsicum finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon Red bellpepper chopped
• 1 tablespoon carrot chopped
• 1 teaspoon Mixed Italian herbs
• 0.25 flakes chilli tsp
• 2 tablespoon maida + 1 tbsp cornflour + water
• 4 tablespoon Poha
• 1 tablespoon maida
• 1 teaspoon oil to fry
