• 2 pound Ground beef i used chuck
• 1 Medium onion chopped
• 0.25 cup Ketchup
• 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1.5 teaspoon Garlic salt
• 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
• 2 cup Frozen mixed vegetables i used corn, peas, carrots, and beans use your favorite
• 1 cup Shredded colby/monterrey jack cheese blend or other favorite cheese
• 1 Box farm rich sea salt and cracked pepper frozen onion rings
