• 0.5 cup Favorite winter squash, peeled and diced we like butternut, kabocha or a sugar pumpkin
• 1 Small carrot, peeled and sliced into rounds
• 1 cup Cashews, soaked in boiling or very hot water for 20 minutes
• 1.25 cup Unsweetened almond milk or other non dairy milk
• 1 cup Nutritional yeast
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Salt
• pinch Pinch cayenne pepper
• 0.5 cup Vegan cheddar, optional
• Finely chopped chives and parsley
• 0.5 cup Cashews finely chopped and toasted
