• 0.5 pound Bacon, diced
• 2.5 pound Beef stew meat, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
• 1.5 pound Pork stew meat, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
• 2 Medium onions, chopped
• 6 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tablespoon Chopped seeded fresh serrano chili peppers
• 1 tablespoon Chopped seeded fresh poblano chili peppers
• 1 tablespoon Chopped seeded fresh jalapeno peppers
• 2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
• 1.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 1 can Tomato puree
• 1 can Beef broth
• 7 Plum tomatoes, chopped
• Shredded cheddar cheese, optional
