White Barbecue Sauce Recipe

Recipe By Southern Living

I didn't grow up with white sauce, but ever since i discovered it, i have loved it. If you like mayonnaise, what's not to love? When i was opening buxton, i knew i needed a white saucenot for the pork, but for chicken and anything fried. (ive noticed some people do enjoy it with the pork, but i just cant recommend using it that way. ) this sauce is great with many of the other smoked meats in book of smoke, thoughdefinitely try it with the turkey and the chicken. Keep some on hand for next time you make french fries too
