Directions : Butter Garlic Prawns Recipe

STEP 1.Unleash the shells and wash the prawns thoroughly.

STEP 2.Chopped the garlic clove and the coriander leaves.

STEP 3.Take a tawa kadai to add 2-3 cubes of butter.

STEP 4.Once it starts melting add the chopped garlic and saute them gently. When the garlic starts cooking it will smell divine with the combination of butter.

STEP 5.Add the washed prawns and fry them from both sides.

STEP 6.Once it starts getting golden add salt to taste, black pepper, and saute them well with the prawns.

STEP 7.Add the freshly chopped coriander for extra freshness and flavor.

STEP 8.Cook it for more than 2-3mins.

STEP 9.Then sprinkle some maida to thicken the texture.

STEP 10.Mix it well with the prawns and you butter garlic prawns is ready.

STEP 11.Serve it hot.
