Based on one of my favorite classic sandwich recipes, this BLT macaroni salad is loaded with flavor. It's a tasty and unique twist on classic pasta salad with a traditional flavor combination everyone will love.
1 pound Pasta of your choice cooked al dente according the package directions
8 ounce Cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2
8 Slices thick cut bacon cooked and chopped
2 cup Baby arugula spinach leaves or chopped romaine would work as well
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Fresh basil julienned
0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
0.5 teaspoon Salt
pinch Pinch cayenne pepper optional
