  • 4 ounce Cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2
  • 4 Slices thick cut bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Baby arugula spinach leaves or chopped romaine would work as well
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh basil julienned
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • pinch Pinch cayenne pepper optional
