• 1 Large white onion diced
• 4 Large celery ribs thinly sliced
• 0.25 cup Italian flaleaf parsley chopped
• 8 ounce Fresh cremini or white button mushrooms sliced
• 1 Pkg pepperidge farm country style, cubed stuffing
• 1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
• 1 teaspoon Dried sage
• 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 0.5 teaspoon Dried marjoram
• 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 cup Chicken or vegetable stock
• 2 Large eggs lightly beaten
