• 2 cup Mixed frozen vegetables i used peas, corn, carrots, and green beans
• As required Salt and pepper to taste
• 6 Large potatoes, peeled, diced, boiled to fork tender, drained
• 0.25 cup Butter
• 0.6699999999999999 cup Milk
• 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated use the real stuff
