Ingredients For Macaroni Salad Recipe

• 1 pound Macaroni pasta
• 12 ounce Roasted red pepper, drained and chopped
• 0.75 cup Kale, Finely Chopped
• 0.5 cup Cooked bacon, chopped
• 0.5 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
• 0.5 cup Scallions, Chopped
• 1.5 cup Mayonnaise, could be low fat
• 3 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon Hot sauce, i used frank's redhot
• 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
• Salt and pepper
