• 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon Olive oil
• 200 gram Tub hummus
• 4 Small wholemeal pita breads, halved, toasted
• 2 Vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
• 80 gram Baby rocket
• Olive oil, to serve
