• 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoon Whole grain mustard
• 2 Cloves garlic, minced
• 4 Small boneless and skinless chicken breasts
• 1 pound Brussel sprouts, cut in 1/2
• 1 pound Carrots, peeled and cut into a1/2" rounds
• 2 tablespoon Olive oil
