Traditional Sri Lankan sweet dish made during the festive season. It is a deep fried sweet snack which is served on weddings and birthdays. It is made with the combination of rice flour and coconut milk which is mixed with juice extracted from davul kurundu leaves and then deep fried in coconut oil. There are a lot of skills involved in this recipe too. The sweet dish is even served in Tamil Nadu on Tamil New years eve too.
