Hummus is a dip, spread, or savory dish made from cooked, mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. It is popular in the Middle East and in Middle Eastern cuisine around the globe.
STEP 1.In a pan add ¼ cup sesame seeds and roast them until golden and the seeds start crackling. Turn off the flame and let it cool, then add the seeds in a blender and blend it into a fine powder.

STEP 1.Then add 2tbsp olive oil, and again blend it. Add the pre-cooked chickpeas (100gms), salt to taste, ½ tsp cumin powder, half a lemon juice, and blend it well.

STEP 1.Add ¼ cup water to balance the consistency, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 3-4 garlic cloves, and give the last blend.

STEP 1.And your hummus are ready to serve it with a loaf of crust bread.
