Ingredients for Arabic Hummus Recipe

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 100 gram pre cooked chickpea
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • As required half a lemon juice
  • 1/4 Water
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 4 garlic

Directions: Arabic Hummus Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a pan add ¼ cup sesame seeds and roast them until golden and the seeds start crackling. Turn off the flame and let it cool, then add the seeds in a blender and blend it into a fine powder.

  • STEP 1.Then add 2tbsp olive oil, and again blend it. Add the pre-cooked chickpeas (100gms), salt to taste, ½ tsp cumin powder, half a lemon juice, and blend it well.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add ¼ cup water to balance the consistency, ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, 3-4 garlic cloves, and give the last blend.

  • STEP 1.And your hummus are ready to serve it with a loaf of crust bread.
